CHEMOWASH DSU
Mixture of surface active substances. Nonionic.
Low foaming wetting agent-detergent with an emulsifying action , it prevents the formation of deposits on the pad rollers in resin finishing liquors. In high concentrations, the product has a stain-removing action.
CHEMOWASH C
Mixture of anion-active substances.
Anion-active detergent with high resistance to
electrolytes. High detergency particularly in
alkaline medium. Excellent pigment dispersing-power.
Good biological degradability.

APEO-free mixture of surface active substances.
Low viscosity-low foaming wetting agent detergent with a strong emulsifying action.
Prevent the build up on the rollers in resin
finishing. Excellent stain remover.

Alkylphenol ethoxylate product.
Water free,Nonionic, wetting agent-detergent
with excellent detergency, emulsifying, dispersing and wetting effects.
DEAERATOR NF
Salt of a phosphoric acid ester, anionic.
Low-foaming padding auxiliary for continuous
and semi-continuous dyeing processes; wetting and deaerating agent for dyeing from long liquors; Vat dyes, indigo, reactive dyes, direct dyes, disperse dyes and sulfur dyes.
Sequestering Agent
CHEMRRIX 3UD
Based on organic acids mixtures.
Protective-curative product against catalytic damages and oxy-cellulose in the continuous treatments of cotton and linen, providing a remove iron contamination from cotton, prevents catalytic damages and iron pinholes, removes calcium and magnesium from cotton. Increases drastically the final whiteness after the peroxide bleach.
CHEMRRIX TB
Sodium salt of ethylene di-amine tetra acetic acid.
For softening process water and preventing the formation of lime soap and other insoluble lime deposits. Dissolves precipitates of hard-water salts and other metal compounds. For applying dyes that are sensitive to water hardness and metal salts. Prevents water-hardening substances from depositing on printed fabric during washing-off, thus resulting in greater brilliance, better fastness and a good handle.
Peroxide Stabilizer
STABILIZER OG
Mixture of salts of organic poly acids.
Stabilizer for the silicate-free bleaching of cotton and polyester/cotton, mainly in continuous processes. Stable to electrolytes and does not foam.

OXIDANT BRI
is a stabilized and catalysed solution of Sodium Bromate that allows the complete oxidation of sulfur and indigo dyestuffs in acid conditions at moderate temperature ensuring a good fixation of the dye in the fiber.
ANTICREASE JET
Universal lubricant and crease inhibitor for textile processing (pretreatment, dyeing, resin finishing) in rope dyeing machines (jet, overflow and winch-beck dyeing machines).
CHEMIFIX
Formaldehyde free fixing agent for reactive dyeing and prints on cellulosic, polyamide and wool fibers by exhaust and continuous application
ANTIMIGRATION
Highly effective dye prevent migration during the intermediate drying in continuous dyeing processes. It improves surface levelness and appearance of cellulosic woven fabrics.
CHEMIPUR MCL
Reducing agent with detergent action used in an alkaline medium which can replaces sodium hydrosulfite and the usual detergent in the reduction clearing of dyeing and prints with disperse dyes on polyester fibers.

Water Repellent
CHEMFLURO FF
Dispersion of polymeric compounds and paraffin.
None yellowing, fluorine free specialty product for
water repellency and rain proofing, it gives best results
on synthetic fabrics and their blends outerwear fabrics.
The performance is very close to C6 fluoro chemicals in
terms of water repellency and durability. It imparts
Sewability and also provides better resistance to
abrasion and tear strength.
CHEMFLURO HPE
Fluorocarbon, aqueous solution.
Dispersion of polymeric compounds and paraffin is a “high class” fluorocarbon emulsion based on C8 Chemistry that provides excellent durable water and oil repellencies on all types of fibres. Provide an excellent water and oil repellency to natural fibers, such as cotton, mixed fibers of natural and synthetic fibers such as polyamide fiber without damaging their original textures and permeability.
CHEMFLURO HPS
Non flammable fluorocarbons.
New generation water and oil repellent fluorocarbon
based on C6 Chemistry. Imparts durable water and oil
repellency on various substrates viz., polyester, cotton, nylon, wool fibres and their blends without affecting the original hand of fabric. It can be applied by pad foam and spray technique. Eco friendly PFOA below detectable limit.
Softeners
ORGASOFT FE 227
Poly siloxane elastomer and fatty acid condensate.
Softening and smoothing agent for finishing fabrics and knitgoods of polyester fibers , their blends with cotton, spun rayon and wool. Slightly yellowish emulsion. Impart a smooth and supple handle, increase crease resistance and reduce build-up of electrostatic charges on polyester. Improve abrasion tear resistance and sew ability and reduce the tendency to pilling.
HYSOFT SIG
Silicone-based auxiliary for pigment printing.
Produces a pleasant, dry, soft, non-tacky handle. Has a positive effect on the fastness properties, especially the dry rub fastness, of the prints and often on the brilliance
HYSOFT TWO
Amino-functional poly siloxane-elastomer.
Micro emulsion, additive and softener for textile finishing of woven and knitted fabrics composed of cellulosic fibers, wool and synthetic fibers, and their blends. Water white liquid, nonionic. Very soft, smooth, supple handle. Improve tear strength, abrasion resistance and sew ability. Improve crease recovery angle and resilience.
Resins & Cross Linking Agents
RESIN CD281
Modified dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea. Cross linker for low formaldehyde, wash fast resin finishing of woven and knitted fabrics composed of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers. High reactivity and extremely low formaldehyde values according to LAW112 and AATCC 112. Conforms to the formaldehyde limits of Öko-Tex Standard 100 (< 75ppm according to LAW 112) without after washing.
RESIN NZF
Modified dihydroxy ethylene urea. Crosslinking agent for the formaldehyde-free finishing of textiles of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers. Imparts very good dimensional stability with good wet and dry crease recovery properties to textiles of cotton and viscose and their blends. Meets the requirements of formaldehyde freedom as required for children’s wear (under 2 years) in Japan Law 112 Finnish Law SFS 4996/1986, OEKO-TEX® 1 Standard 100
